The family of a Winsford war veteran are refusing to accept an apology from
ambulance chiefs.
Pat Bownes says she and her brother Terry Cook are unhappy with the
apology
she received from Mersey Regional Ambulance Service over the treatment of
her father Charles Cook during a transfer from the Countess of Chester
Hospital to St Luke's Hospice in Winsford.
