The party went well. No major mishaps, thanks I think to plenty of
planning. Lots of people, lots of food, lots of heat -- we're at the
tail end of a heat wave here.
And the best part? While I schmoozed with folks after the party, James
did 90% of the dishes, and the next morning, he did the rest of the
dishes and cleaned the floor.
Today, I'm going to go around the house and pick up anything that's
ac***ulated since then, and hope I can get in the groove of doing that
every day. Starting from a clean house is so much easier.
