A friend recommended this book, but i can not find it anywhere, even
on the net it is hard to find.
Also the problem is that i'm living in Egypt so bookstores here don't
have much and especially about this subject you hardly can find some
books.
Therefor.. does anybody has a copy ? I'm am really anxious to read it.
