alt.recovery.small-town is a usenet group which had out grown
its usefulness and had died.
One day I was crusing the internet and I happened upon
this place. I don't know why, these things just happen like
this sometimes.
I tried a test post, and time went by without any
response. I knew that I had found a dead group. That was
in 2001, as I recall it. I appropriated small-town for
myself, and usenet has become my online sketch/idea book.
small-town has a rich history. Most of what I have written
here I find embarrasing, and I share it to show that most any
hard work has much behind the inkstained fingers which will
never be seen. I am here to be seen, hack writing and all.
We all start somewhere, and that somewhere is where we all
come from. alt.recovery.small-town just happens to be that
somewhere for me.
